Keendoc pilot: participation and privacy
The Keendoc pilot runs from 19 October to 19 December 2026. This page describes what applies during the pilot and sits alongside our Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions. It covers only what is specific to the pilot. Where this page and those documents differ, this page applies for the duration of the pilot.
Who is responsible for your data
Keendoc B.V., Biltseweg 33, 3763 LD Soest, the Netherlands. For any question about your data, write to contact@keendoc.com.
Taking part is free
Participation costs nothing. We ask for no payment details, and the pilot does not turn into a paid subscription when it ends. If you want to continue on a paid plan afterwards, that is a separate choice you make yourself. Before the pilot ends, we'll let you know how you can continue. Nothing changes unless you choose it.
What we ask of you
One session a week for two months: about 15 minutes of content, around 20 with the quiz. And your honest opinion of what works, what does not, and what is missing.
What we measure during the pilot
We look at how the platform is used so we can tell what is working. During the pilot we record:
- how often you sign in
- how many sessions you start and finish
- how many certificates you earn
- whether you use the podcast or the presentation
- how long you watch or listen
We use this to see whether the product does what we built it to do. We report on it internally in aggregate. The purpose is to understand the product, not to assess you as an individual, and your usage is never shared with your employer, your professional body, or anyone else.
We'll also ask a few short questions in the platform and by email, and invite some participants for a short interview. Answering is always optional.
What happens to your feedback
Your feedback is the reason the pilot exists. We use it for two things:
- Product validation and improvement. Everything you tell us feeds into what we build and change.
- Anonymized quotes in our communications. We may quote what you write, with your name and anything identifying removed. If a quote is specific enough that you would be recognizable, we will ask you first.
We will not publish your name alongside your feedback, and we will not use your name or image in marketing, without asking you separately and getting a clear yes. Signing up for the pilot is not that yes.
Error monitoring and screen recording
We use an error-monitoring service (Sentry) to spot technical errors so we can fix them. This can include limited technical data such as your IP address and an account identifier.
It can also record your screen: a reconstruction of what happened, so we can see what went wrong. We only do this if you give permission, and you can refuse or withdraw that permission at any time without losing access to anything. Recordings are kept for a maximum of 90 days and are used solely to fix faults and improve usability.
Your account after the pilot
Your account stays open for as long as you use it. If you do not use it for twelve months, we close it and delete or anonymize your account data. We will email you a month beforehand, so you can download your certificates or simply sign in to keep your account open. You can delete your account at any time.
Your CME credits
Credits you earn during the pilot are yours. Keendoc does not send your CME data or certificates to the EACCME, to any professional register, or to any licensing authority. You submit your certificate yourself to whoever needs it.
We keep a record of the credits you earned and a copy of your certificates for five years after you earn them, also after your account has been closed. That way we can reissue a certificate if you need one for re-registration. After your account closes, you can request a copy at contact@keendoc.com.
If you ask us to delete your account, we delete these records as well, unless you ask us to keep them. We will remind you to download your certificates first. Either way, we recommend keeping your own copy.
Leaving
You can stop at any point without giving a reason, and without consequence. Email contact@keendoc.com and we will close your account and delete your data, except for anything we are legally required to keep. You can also stop the weekly email at any time via the link in each email.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted or transferred, or object to how we process it. The Privacy Policy sets out these rights in full. If you disagree with how we handle your data, write to contact@keendoc.com, and you may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
